Delivery conditions and costs
1. Delivery in Belgium
Orders are shipped via our partner Bpost , with tracking number.
Delivery costs are calculated from €5.50 , depending on the weight and volume of the package.
For any order of €59.00 or more, delivery is free in Belgium .
Shipments are covered by transport insurance against loss or damage up to a maximum of €500 , in accordance with the carrier's terms and conditions.
2. Delivery to other countriesWe deliver to countries in the European Union and, where applicable, to other international destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when the order is placed, based on:

The times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on the destination or periods of high activity.

6. Order ReceiptUpon receiving the package, it is recommended to immediately check the condition of the products.
In case of damaged parcel or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos if possible, to allow for the rapid processing of your case.
7. ResponsibilityIn accordance with European legislation on distance selling, the seller remains responsible for the product until its delivery to the customer.
In case of loss or damage during transport, a solution will be offered (replacement or refund), after verification with the carrier.
